Super Duper Grub Café’s mission is to provide children and all patrons of the Museum, fresh, wholesome “slow food fast”. Menu items include many favorite “kids” foods, but with a healthy twist and at a good value.
An array of salads, sandwiches, wraps, soups, fresh breads and pastries, gourmet coffee and teas and “grab and go” items will be available daily. Chef Laura Bonilla, will introduce weekly specials, offer both kid and adult sized portions and prepare all items on premise with fresh, high quality ingredients. Every effort will be made to utilize locally sourced, artisan and sustainable products. Menu and pricing choices will provide options to appeal to a variety of budgets, personal tastes and dietary needs, including vegan, vegetarian, common food allergies and gluten free.
