Community Outreach

Bring the excitement of hands-on art activities through YAA outreach programs presented by museum educators at your office, library, hospital, community center or festival! Four exciting programs, with all materials included, to choose from:

Corporate Event Art Workshop
A unique, engaging 4-hour Art Workshop custom designed for your company or event. Cost: $600 for up to 250 participants. Each additional consecutive hour: $100

Corporate Team Building Workshop
A 2-hour collaborative art workshop designed for corporate team building. Cost: $25 per person with a minimum of 25 participants

Corporate Diversity Training Workshop
A 2.5 hour diversity training session featuring a unique, hands-on cultural workshop and a private performance by YAA’s African artist-in-residence Chisseko Kondowe. Cost: $500 for 50 participants. $5 for each additional participant

Bring Your Child To Work-shop
A 1-hour art workshop custom designed for your workplace. 30 children per session. Cost: $210 for 1 session, $200 for 2nd consecutive session, $190 for 3rd consecutive session, $180 for 4th consecutive session. $7 for each additional child

 Payment
• A 20% non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is due within 10 business days of reserving your program along with a signed copy of the museum’s invoice
• Deposits may be paid by cash, check, credit card or purchase order for schools or City/County organizations
• Your balance, paid by cash, check or credit card, must be paid-in-full on the day of your visit
• Rescheduling or cancellations must be made at least 10 business days BEFORE your program
