Guided Tour of 2 Exhibits of your choice

COST: $7.50 per student

TIMES: 9:45-11:15am, 11:30am-1:00pm, 1:15-2:45pm, 3:00-4:30pm

        

Museum Adventure PLUS Creative Art Workshop

Guided Tour of 1 exhibit of your choice PLUS 1 corresponding Creative Art Workshop

COST: $9.00 per student

TIMES: 9:45-11:15am, 11:30am-1:00pm, 1:15-2:45pm

INFO | Field Trip

·          COST (per student): $7.50 Adventure; $8.50 Adventure PLUS

·          TIMES: 9:45-11:15am; 11:30am-1:00pm; 1:15-2:45pm; 3:00-4:30pm

·          Minimum 20 students per group

·          Chaperones: PreK & K - 1 Free adult per 5 students; 1^st grade & Up - 1 Free adult per 10students;

       additional chaperones - $7.50; chaperones of special needs – Free

·          YAA encourages students to wear nametags and/or school t-shirts during their visit

·          Late arrivals are subject to shortened program or cancellation, please arrive on time.

·          To ensure speedy check-in, divide students into groups of 30-35 BEFORE your arrival

 

 

RESERVATION | Field Trip

·         Have the following information ready when you call to reserve your program

            - Preferred dates, times, programs, number of students & chaperones, grade level

            - School name, address, phone & fax number

            - Bookkeeper & contact teacher’s name, phone number & email address

·          Young At Art Children’s Museum is pleased to provide accommodations for special needs children, communicate your needs at the time of reservation

·          Visit our website and Click on the Education link  for teacher resources complete with Pre/Post Visit Activities,Program Q & A , Sunshine State Standards and more

·          Ask your school’s Principal or Bookkeeper for a FREE Field Trip or Outreach using Broward County Public Schools Arts and Sciences Supplemental Fund

 

 

PAYMENT | Field Trip

·         Non-refundable & non-transferrable 20% deposit is due within 10 business days of reserving your program

·         Deposit is required to book your date. You may pay with cash/check/credit card or PO# for City/County Organizations.

·          Your fieldtrip balance paid in cash/check /credit card is required the day of your visit

·          Your fieldtrip balance paid with PO# will receive a final invoice on the day of visit. Balance must be mailed immediately along with a copy of final invoice

·          Your outreach balance paid in cash/check/credit card is required 5 business days BEFORE your program

·          Your outreach balance paid with PO# must be mailed along with a copy of invoice 5 business days BEFORE your program.

·          For rescheduling or cancellation, you must contact us at least 5 business days BEFORE your program
