arrivals are subject to shortened program or cancellation, please arrive on
time.

Non-refundable
& non-transferrable 20% deposit is due within 10 business days of reserving
your program
·
Deposit
is required to book your date. You may pay with cash/check/credit card or PO#
for City/County Organizations.

Your
fieldtrip balance paid in cash/check /credit card is required the day of your
visit
·
Your
fieldtrip balance paid with PO# will
receive a final invoice on the day of visit. Balance must be mailed immediately
along with a copy of final invoice

Your
outreach balance paid in
cash/check/credit card is required 5 business days BEFORE your program
·
Your
outreach balance paid with PO# must be mailed along with a copy of invoice 5
business days BEFORE your program.

For
rescheduling or cancellation, you must contact us at least 5 business days BEFORE your program
