Enjoy the excitement of hands-on learning in your classroom. We customize our programs for each grade level and supply all materials for a class of up to 30 students of all capabilities.

Alice’s WonderScapes Classroom Outreach

An early childhood program for students in Preschool that promotes better health and lifelong learning through literacy, physical movement and art based learning activities. Developed through funding from Coventry Health Care of Florida.

Down the Rabbit Hole
Exercise motor skills while crawling through a magic tunnel and experiment with primary and secondary color through painting.

Alice’s Outdoor Maze and Garden
Get fit as you skip through an obstacle course and learn how plants grow while creating nature rubbings.

Mad Hatter Kitchen & Tea Party
Explore healthy food choices then cook up texture vegetable soup collage.

Alice’s Queen of Hearts
Have a ball while discovering numbers, shapes, and pattern. Create a mini-croquet set and become physically fit while learning to play the game!

Classroom Outreach Information
Cost: 2 sessions=$540; 3 sessions=$630; 4 sessions =$760
• Program Duration: 60 minutes per session. All materials included
• Sessions must be consecutive on the same day; minimum of 2 sessions per day
• Maximum students for preschool: 25 per session; any additional will be charged $9 per students
• Maximum students K-12: 30 students per session; any additional will be charged $9 per students
•To take advantage of instructional time YAA staff must set up and remain in only 1 room
•Provide an indoor room with sink & table/chairs for all students
•Classroom teacher/school official must be present at all times
• Miami Dade, Palm Beach and Martin Counties add $75 travel fee

Please have the following information ready:
• Preferred dates, times, program selection, number of students, number of chaperones and grade level
• School/organization name, address, phone and fax number
• Bookkeeper and contact teacher’s name, phone number and email address
• YAA is pleased to accommodate children with special needs. Please advise our Reservations Coordinator of any special requirements your students might need
 Payment
• A 20% non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is due within 10 business days of reserving your program along with a signed copy of the museum’s invoice
• Deposits may be paid by cash, check, credit card or purchase order for schools or City/County organizations
• Your balance, paid by cash, check or credit card, must be paid-in-full on the day of your visit
• Rescheduling or cancellations must be made at least 10 business days BEFORE your program
