Passport To Africa
Join Artist in Residence, Chisseko of Kenya and share an insider's view of daily life in a traditional East African village. This interactive program engages participants through art, music, artifacts, language and storytelling.

Rhythms Of Life

Journey to a small village in Kenya with this "all" musical performance where a welcoming concert is about to begin. Listen to the kalimba, congas, flutes, talking drums, shakers and the chigubu…Before you know it you'll be out of your seat dancing and singing harambee!

Programs are customizable for any age group. Available for schools, corporate, private and special events. Miami Dade, Palm Beach & Martin counties add $75 travel fee.

Cost: $435 per 60 minute session; $300 for 2nd consecutive session.

Bring Young At Art Museum to your classroom!

We customize our programs for each grade level and supply all materials for a class of up to 30 students of all capabilities. Each YAA Classroom outreach program includes an introductory educational digital presentation and a creative hands-on art activity integrated with Common Core Standards and Next Generation Sunshine State Standards.

 Outreach Information
Cost
$540 for 2 sessions; $630 for 3 sessions; $760 for 4 sessions

• Sessions must be consecutive; minimum of 2 sessions per day
• Maximum 30 students per session; each additional student is $9
• Duration: 60 minutes per session. All materials included
• YAA staff must set up and remain in only 1 room for productivity
• Provide an indoor room with sink & table/chairs for all students
• Classroom teacher/school official must be present at all times
• Miami Dade, Palm Beach and Martin Counties add $75 travel fee

Please have the following information ready:
• Preferred dates, times, program selection, number of students,
  number of chaperones and grade level
• School/organization name, address, phone and fax number
• Bookkeeper and contact teacher's name, phone number and email
• YAA is pleased to accommodate children with special needs.
  Please advise our Reservations Coordinator of any special
  requirements your students might need
 Payment

• A non-refundable & non-transferable 20% deposit is due within
  10 business days of reserving your program
• Field trips require a minimum of 20 students per group. If your group
  is 20 or less you will still be responsible for payment of 20 students
• A Deposit is required to book your date. You may pay
  by cash, check, credit card or PO# for City and County Organizations
• Your Outreach and/or Field Trip balance must be paid
  by cash, check, credit card 5 business days BEFORE your program
• If your Field trip balance is paid with a PO# you will receive a final
  invoice on the day of visit. Balance must be mailed immediately
  along with a copy of final invoice
• Your Outreach balance paid with a PO# must be mailed along with
  a copy of invoice 5 business days BEFORE your program
• For rescheduling, cancellation or changes in final count you
  must contact us at least 2 weeks BEFORE your program
• If your Field trip group contains less than the reserved number
  of students you are still required to pay the full amount
