Immersive Learning Environment!

This year YAA is excited to bring its famed Museum Tours and Art Workshops to your classroom LIVE! YAA Educators will guide you and your students through a virtual tour of the Museum, followed by an art workshop demonstration in which everyone will have a chance to make their own masterpiece! Get inspired, get creative, and get STEAMy with YAA!!

Virtual Field Trips and Art Workshops are tailored for each age group and grade level. All programs integrate Florida Standards in the content areas of English Language Arts, Math, Science, Social Studies, World Language and Fine Arts.

 Virtual Field Trip Details

• Maximum 20 students (Suggested 10) per group
• YAA will provide a material prep list that is easily found
• Virtual Tour will be available on ZOOM and Microsoft Teams
• $300 per 45 minutes to 1 hour session

Please have the following information ready when calling:
• 3 preferred dates and times
• Number of students & chaperones
• Grade level
• School name, address, email, phone & fax number
• Bookkeeper & contact teacher’s name, phone number & email address
 Payment
• A non-refundable & non-transferable 20% deposit is due within
  10 business days of reserving your program
•  A Deposit is required to book your date. You may pay by
  cash, check, credit card or PO# for City and County Organizations
•  Your Outreach and/or Field Trip balance must be paid by
  cash, check, credit card 5 business days BEFORE your program
•  If your Field trip balance is paid with a PO# you will receive a
  final invoice on the day of visit. Balance must be mailed immediately
  along with a copy of final invoice
•  Your Outreach balance paid with a PO# must be mailed along with
  a copy of invoice 5 business days BEFORE your program

 Once you Connect
• Teacher will have the chance to connect 30 minutes prior the Virtual tour reserve time slot
• Please make sure students are seated so that they are able to see the screen

• Broward County Teachers receive a FREE One Year Teacher
  Membership courtesy of BrightStar Credit Union
• KidVision VPK makes learning Florida’s Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten
  Education Standards lively and fun for teachers and their students.

YAA offers engaging programs developed especially for homeschool families.
